Blaming the Pakistan-based handlers of Lashkar-e-Toiba LeT for the March 13 suicide attack in Srinagar,Jammu and Kashmir Police Tuesday said the case has been fully cracked with the arrest of four persons involved in the attack. The police said another former militant,Mukhtar Shah,has also been arrested.
The police,however,suggested that the attack was not a revenge of the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru,saying some members of the militant group had infiltrated into the valley even before Afzals execution.
The Srinagar police have conducted an exemplary investigation8230;, Inspector General of Police,Kashmir,Abdul Gani Mir said. We have arrested four persons. One of them is from Pakistan.

CBI on Tuesday arrested businessman V M Radhakrishnan in connection with the death of a management executive who fought against corruption at Malabar Cements Limited MCL where he was employed. Former company secretary with MCL,V Saseendran,46,and his two children were found hanging at their house in Palakkad on January 24,2011. He was a prime witness to four corruption cases under probe by the vigilance at MCL,where frauds worth crores were detected over a decade. A few months before death,he had quit MCL reportedly under pressure. Radhakrishnan,who had obtained several contracts for the supply and transportation of raw materials to the factory,is an accused in the four cases in which Saseendran was a witness.
