The Supreme Court Monday refused to entertain the bail plea by former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhana Reddy in the case of illegal mining allegedly by Obulapuram Mining Company. In view of pending investigation by the CBI into the money trail,the court refused to grant any reprieve to Reddy at this stage. Reddy had moved the SC against the Andhra Pradesh High Court,rejecting his bail plea.
