Mahindra Satyam, once Satyam Computer that was embroiled in the country’s biggest ever corporate fraud,is now promising to help enterprises meet challenges.
Having seen its ownership going to the Mahindra Group after the fraud perpetuated by its founder and former chief Ramalinga Raju,Satyam Computer has also changed its name to Mahindra Satyam or M-Sat.
Continuing with the transformation process, the company late last week also revamped its website, which now boasts of a new theme –Unlock Enterprise Potential — about its approach to customers.
“The future of an enterprise is full of challenges.
Constant change, risks of uncertainty, accelerating business, tech and consumer landscape pose a constant threat and pressure to resources, efforts and success,” the company says about the new theme.
“With Mahindra Satyam, you can stay ahead of the accelerated changes and unlock the potential of your enterprise to win in the new world,” it says further.
Last week itself,Mahindra Satyam named Deloitte as its auditors, within days of CBI charging its former book-keeper Price Waterhouse of complicity in Rs 14,000 crore accounting scam.
The company also brought on board former market regulator M Damodaran, and former World Bank executive Gautam S Kaji.
