Rain Raga for Mumbai music lovers

Pancham Nishad is presenting Rain Raga,a combination of nature’s melodies,on August 11 and 12 in Mumbai. The thematic musical event will highlight sitar,tabla,flute,pakhawaj,percussion and the interplay of male and female vocals.

The event will feature an eclectic mix of the most popular names from the field of classical and non-classical music. Both the days will have all the artistes like Rashid Khan (vocal),pakhawaj player Bhawani Shankar,Sufi singer Richa Sharma (vocal),percussionist Taufiq Qureshi (percussion),Rakesh Chaurasia (flute),Purbayan Chatterjee (sitar) and Satyajeet Talwalkar (tabla) and Sheldon (bass) performing together.
