Menthol prices rose by Rs 5 per kg in an otherwise steady local chemical market on pick-up in industrial demand against restricted arrivals from producing region.
Traders said pick-up in industrial demand against limited arrivals from producing region mainly pushed up menthol prices.
Menthol bold crystal,flake and oil prices were up by Rs 5 each to Rs 1835,Rs 1765 and Rs 1640 per kg,respectively.
