The Gurgaon police has started the proceedings of issuing a Look Out Circular LOC against Subhinder Singh Prem and Vishnu Bhagat of Reebok India who are charged of defrauding the company.
After lodging an FIR against the two,the police on Wednesday had constituted a Special Investigation Team to probe the alleged scam.
A top source in the Gurgaon police said that the proceedings of issuing the LOC is being taken up as there is fear that the duo might flee the country.
The complaint against Subhinder Singh Prem and Vishnu Bhagat was filed by Shahin Padath,Director finance Adidas group. The FIR mentions that the complaint was being lodged on behalf of the company.
The I-T department,meanwhile,has launched a probe into Reebok Indias finances and has begun issuing notices to its executives,according to PTI.
