Live centipede removed from 55-yr-olds throat

However,an endoscopic examination revealed the presence of a centipede.

A five-cm long venomous centipede was removed alive from the throat of a 55-year-old woman who complained of tickling and discomfort in her lower throat for the last seven days and presumed it was caused by a bone of chicken. However,an endoscopic examination revealed the presence of a centipede. It was still alive when an ENT doctor removed it from the womans throat with forceps.
