A 40-year-old man was killed and a woman wounded when an artillery shell accidentally went off at a firing range in central Kashmirs Budgam district,the police said on Sunday.
Ali Khan was killed and 60-year-old Zeba was injured after the incident at Tosa Maidan firing range on Saturday.
