IndiGo to launch 6 new flights from Wednesday

Budget air-carrier IndiGo said it will launch six new flights from Wednesday across its network to tap increasing passenger traffic from cities such as Patna and Lucknow.

Budget air-carrier IndiGo on Monday said it will launch six new flights from Wednesday across its network to tap increasing passenger traffic from cities such as Patna and Lucknow.

The new flights include flights from Mumbai and Delhi for Lucknow,Patna and Chennai,a company press release said here.

“Delhi,Mumbai,Lucknow,Chennai and Patna are important cities of India and are some of India’s busiest destinations.

Therefore,to cater for the requirement of our customers for more travel options,we have launched additional flights on these sectors,” IndiGo Airline’s President Aditya Ghosh said in the release.

The Gurgaon-based low-cost airline offers 161 daily flights connecting 20 domestic destinations.
