Sanjay Dutts flat in Pali Hill,Mumbai and his office in Santacruz were attached recently because of his failing to compensate producer Shakeel Noorani,who suffered huge losses after the actor abandoned his film.
The High Courts execution department had asked the Sheriffs office to attach the properties after Noorani sought implementation of an arbitration award passed in his favour by the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association IMPPA in January this year.
Property confiscated
The Enforcement Directorate ED has confiscated eight flats and five car- parking spaces of singer Adnan Sami in a high-rise building and slapped a fine of Rs 20 lakh for acquiring assets without permission of Reserve Bank of India as he is a Pakistani national.
The properties,located in Oberoi Sky Garden Housing Society in the posh Lokhandwala Complex in suburban Andheri,were acquired by Sami in 2003 in violation of Foreign Exchange Management acquisition and transfer of immovable property in India Regulations,2000,ED sources said.

Salman Khan celebrated his 45th birthday with a three-day party at the Emirates Grand Hyatt hotel in Dubai. His parents Salim and Salma,Helen,his sisters Arpita,Alvira with husband Atul Agnihotri,brother Sohail with wife Seema and son Nirvaan,Sajid Nadiadwala and wife Wardha and David Dhawan besides other friends were present to wish the birthday boy.
