Supertech launches new project in Noida

Supertech Limited has launched ORB,50-storey residential development,in Sector 74,Noida. The project is part of a 50-acre integrated township development and has three circular towers designed by the interior designer Twinkle Khanna. The apartments come in 3 and 4 BHK configurations and the area would range from 2,215 sq ft to 4,270 sq ft. The cost would be in the range of Rs 1.5 8211; R 2.5 crore. The company is aiming at possession within 42 months from the date of construction.

Puri Constructions launches project on Dwarka Expressway

Puri Constructions has launched Diplomatic Greens,in Sector 111,Gurgaon,a project mixed-use development mall is spread on 51 acres and facing the Dwarka Expressway. It comprises 12 towers of 12 floors,with two apartments per floor. Apartments come in 3 and 4 BHK configuration and range from 1,780 sq ft 8211; 4,500 sq ft,and have imported modular kitchens,VRV air-conditioning and home automation as standard fittings. The starting price is Rs 6,500 per sq ft. Possession would be given in 2015.
