CAIRO: Egypts public prosecutor has extended the detention of former president Hosni Mubarak by 15 days,a judicial source told Reuters Tuesday. Mubarak is being questioned about the killing of protesters and embezzlement of public funds. The report came as a Cairo court convicted the former tourism minister Zuheir Garana of corruption and sentenced him to five years in prison.

Prince William and Kate go on honeymoon

LONDON: Prince William and Kate Middleton have left for their honeymoon. On Monday,the couple was seen leaving their Anglesey home with large amounts of luggage. According to The Daily Telegraph,one report said they were heading for Seychelles islands in the Indian Ocean.
