BHEL wins Rs 4k cr contract to set up power plant
New Delhi: State-owned BHEL on Monday said it has bagged Rs 4,071 crore contract for setting up a thermal power plant in Andhra Pradesh from Singareni Collieries Company. BHEL will set up 2×600 MW unit for SCCLs upcoming super thermal power project at Adilabad.

Mumbai: United Stock Exchange Chief T S Narayanasami has quit as Managing Director of the countrys newest bourse,just over a year after it commenced operations. When contacted,Narayanasami confirmed that he has tendered his resignation,but did not divulge the reasons or any further details.
