Bollywood8217;s Worst Dressed

Hema Malini and Dharmendra8217;s daughter Esha Deol8217;s wedding to Bharat Takhtiani a high powered industrialist we are told is underway in Mumbai. Which means that the five functions began a few days back and will go on for another two days. The sangeet,at the Lalit in Mumbai which kicked off the series of Esha8217;s shaadi events,was conspicuous in the way that word implies in the dictionary. A procession of bling happy guests walked in and out leaving the photographers numb with crystal gaze.

It has been a long time since we have seen so many gaudily dressed people at one place,all vying with each other for shining ideas in clothing. Right from the bride8217;s sister Ahana Deol reportedly trying her hand at becoming a fashion designer to India8217;s only dream girl Hema Malini who dumped her lovely,stately Kanjeevarams for a designer8217;s infatuation with crystals she carried an oddly mismatched purse to boot to numerous other guests,this was a lesson in what not to wear. All lists should have an A-lister I believe,so who should get the crown? I am unable to make up my mind. Could hand it over to Bharat Takhtani the groom,but he is allowed,isn8217;t he,to leave no stone unturned in turning up in flash and fiery couture? Ah,then there are no winners here.
