BJP questions ICC tax waiver,Cong defensive

Opposition BJP raised the issue of conflict of interest,saying ICC chief Sharad Pawar was part of the Cabinet that took the decision. It would have been appropriate had Sharad Pawar not been part of the decision making process, said BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad. ICC and BCCI have so much of wealth.
