The final arguments in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case are likely to begin on March 9,with the special sessions court on Tuesday directing the prosecution to open its arguments on the given date. The court also accepted the appointment of lawyer Khalid Azmi (29),the younger brother of murdered lawyer Shahid Azmi,to represent accused Fahim Ansari. Khalid informed the court that he would appoint senior counsel R V Mokashi to make the final arguments in the case. I did not hesitate to take up the case when Jamiat-e-Ulema Hind approached me to defend Ansari after my brothers demise; I wanted to take up my brothers cause, said Khalid.
