Apollo Tyres to raise prices

According to the company the likely date is going to be in June.

Apollo Tyres Ltd plans to hike prices of its tyre products by 3.5 percent from June 1,a top official said.

We have already done a price hike in April and in May.. and in June we plan another hike of 3.5 percent,Neeraj Kanwar,vice-chairman,told newschannel CNB-TV18 on Tuesday.

At 11.54 a.m.,shares of the firm were up 0.29 percent at 68.5 rupees in a flat Mumbai market.
