Ansal API cheating plot owners?

Lucknow Development Authority has issued notice to Ansal API on charging buyers unfairly.

On complaints from plot owners,Lucknow Development Authority LDA has issued notice to Ansal API asking it to explain how it was collecting free hold charges from plot owners in its hi-tech township on Sultanpur road here.

8220;A notice has been served to Ansal API asking them how they were taking free hold charges from plot owners as the land they had bought from farmers directly is already free hold,8221; an LDA official said.

The Ansal API officials,however,claimed that there was no pressure on allottees to pay free hold charges.

The LDA notice came after a number of plot owners registered complaint against the developer alleging that it was collecting free hold charges illegally.
