In East Delhi,Mayur Vihar Phase I has small homes of area 820 square feet available within this budget. Phase-III also has similar homes of area 750 square feet available. In Patparganj,flats of area between 950 and 1370 square feet are available. Vasundhara Enclave offers homes of area 1000 square feet.
In South Delhi,Lajpat Nagar has independent homes,which cover an area of 720 square feet. Safdarjung and Krisna Nagar have available homes of an area greater than 1100 square feet. Kalkaji is also a viable option,with homes of area ranging between 700 and 1080 square feet,within this budget.
Vaishali and Indirapuram in Ghaziabad offer many combinations. Large 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats of area between 1593 and 2050 square feet are available. Gurgaon has 3 BHK homes in Sector 49 and 52,Palam Vihar and Sushant Lok I for this budget. Sector 49,53 and 93 in Noida also offer well-sized 3 BHK flats within Rs 55 lakh.
