CHANDIGARH, April 16: The evening water supply in various parts of the city was affected following the delayed release of water from the Sector 39 Waterworks because of repair work undertaken today.
The officials of the MC Public Health Department claimed that the supply was normalised after 6 p.m. The worst affected areas were Sectors 24, 37 and 38 where water pressure was very low even at 8 p.m.
