NEW DELHI, Jan 15: Attorneys and Advocates Amitabha Sen and Co. will be filing a civil suit on behalf of the Artists for Empowerment, to try and get the families of the BMW victims a decent compensation. The firm has decided to fight the case free of cost. “We will ask for damages based on the net worth of the accused, which will run into crores” explains attorney Amitabha Sen. “Only a huge compensation will hurt them. We are not talking in thousands here because that would not hurt them.”

Sen is fighting this case free of cost. “It is unfortunate that the accused have a battery of lawyers to defend them while the victims cannot afford a lawyer,” Sen says. “Top lawyers should come forward and defend them.”
