CHANDIGARH, Feb 11: The police have arrested two Ram Darbar residents for allegedly harassing a Home Guard female jawan with intent to outrage her modesty last evening.
Ram Darbar resident Daljit Kaur reported that Suresh Kumar and Rajiv Kumar followed them while she was going with a colleague on foot, and misbehaved with Daljit Kaur.
