KAPURTHALA, Sept 30: Kapurthala police today arrested three proclaimed offenders wanted in criminal cases. District police chief Iqbal Singh has identified the proclaimed offenders as Bakshi Ram of Chak Pandori village in Phagwara, Baldev Singh of Bhanoke village and Iqbal Singh of Khangoors village.

Meanwhile, the police have also busted a gang of car lifters and arrested five members of the gang. A stolen Maruti van and a revolver was recovered.
