The telecast rights and Prasar Bharti’s demand that any TV channel which gets the rights should share the feed with Doordarshan, would come up for hearing tomorrow in the Supreme Court.

TEN Sports has moved the Supreme Court in this regard.

The TV channel, through its advocate on record P.H.Parekh contended that the “so called policy guidelines” that the TV channel which had won the telecast rights should share the feed with DD were wrong and liable to be set aside.

Harish Salve appearing for the TV channel contended that Prasar Bharti did not even participate in the bidding.
