CHANDIGARH, Nov 3: On a call given by the Punjab and Chandigarh College Teachers8217; Union, the DAV College Teachers8217; Union and Guru Gobind Singh College today observed a two-period strike. The teachers held a rally to demand release of arrears, regular grants and implementation of pension and gratuity with effect from April 1992, said two separate statements issued here today.
