SYDNEY: Australia one-day cricket captain Steve Waugh has been ruled out of his side8217;s opening limited overs matches against England and Sri Lanka. Waugh was named player of the series in the Ashes cricket Test series with England after scoring 498 runs at an average of 83 but will miss the first two one-day games because of a hamstring tear.

Donald out of 4th Test

CAPE TOWN: Donald is suffering from a strained left hamstring and if captain Hansie Cronje and physio Craig Smith are to be believed, short of a miraculous recovery over the next 24 hours, the 32-year-old paceman8217;s Test is over.

Donald, who limped off the field on Sunday after claiming 3-13 from five overs, gave his leg a try-out yesterday but managed to complete just one over off a shortened run-up before calling it quits.
