CHANDIGARH, June 22: Summer Workshop-99, organised by Rotract Club Midtown, started at the Shivalik Public School, Sector 41, here today.
The workshop was inaugurated by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee president Bibi Jagir Kaur, who donated Rs 1,000 for the workshop. Later she signed on graffiti wall.
The workshop activities include painting, poster making, pot making on wheel, computer graphics and graffiti wall. The workshop will conclude on July 4.
Besides these activities, future projects will include blood donations for Kargil soldiers and securing free limbs for those who have lost limbs in the war, informed club president, Punita Singh.
