ONGC win
Oil amp; Natural Gas Commission ONGC beat Friends Club 15-9, 15-9, 6-15, 15-3 to win the 3rd invitational volleyball tournament organised by Fr Agnel Gymkhana and New Bombay Citizens Sports Complex. ONGC8217;s Christopher Vijayan was declared the Man Of The Match. Gama Best Smasher and Suresh Kumar Best lifter were also awarded. The winners8217; received Rs 7,500 . The prizes were sponsored by Vasant Badra.
Summer camp
A summer cricket coaching camp for boys between 8-20 years will be conducted under the guidance of Sameer Bandekar and Jayesh Udeshi, a press release issued by the Fort Vijay Cricket Club Ground said today.
