Seminar opens

CHANDIGARH, Feb 8: Inaugurating the two-day national seminar on Educational Technology and Instructional Processes here today, Panjab University Vice-Chancellor M.M. Puri stressed the need for an information revolution to conscienticise people.

He used the occasion to give a call to learn to distinguish between information delivery and imparting education.

Some 30 delegates from all over the country representing schools, colleges of education and university departments are taking part in the seminar.
