NEW DELHI, February 11: Federation Cup champions Salgaocar and East Bengal clash in the Philips National Football League at the Ambedkar Stadium tomorrow. Salgaocar hold the psychological edge, as they had won 1-0 in their first leg clash in Margao.

Salgaocar have 15 points to East Bengal’s 14 from 10 matches each.

The home’ clash for East Bengal is part of a series of matches shifted to the capital from Calcutta as police had expressed their inability to provide security in Calcutta as they would be busy with the elections.

East Bengal, who had finished third behind JCT and Churchill Brothers last year, have so far had an ordinary run with star striker Baichung Bhutia yet to give off his best.

Salgaocar will be without medio Khelendro Singh and seasoned defender Francis Baruah, both down with ankle injuries.
