Sachin 8212; a super human being

May 24: To say that Sachin Tendulkar is a super human would not be an exaggeration. Barely had any time passed since his arrival from Mumbai where he had been to attend his father8217;s funeral, and he put the personal tragedy behind him to perform at his best. It really called for a super-human effort.

With India having lost both their previous games, nobody would blame the Kenyans if they harboured any thoughts of defeating India. But the presence of Sachin makes a big and important difference to the Indian team, irrespective of whether he scores runs or not, and the Kenyans hadn8217;t reckoned with that.
