It appears that the BJP8217;s Prakash Javadekar needs some lessons on the Rajya Sabha rulebook. When BJP members were protesting in the House recently, he raised a point of order. When P J Kurien, who was in the chair, asked him under which rule he was raising the point of order, he first said under Rule 80, seconds later under 88, then 58, 38, and finally 238. All this while, Sushma Swaraj was prompting him from the front benches. The final punch: Kurien looked up the rulebook and informed Javadekar that Rule 238 didn8217;t allow him to raise the point of order.
