An edgy Vigyan Bhawan security personnel, after Friday8217;s faux pas, detained another RTI activist, who was part of Friday8217;s silent protest, but released after an hour. Activist Rakesh Agarwal of Delhi-based NGO Nyaybhoomi, who had participated in the Friday8217;s silent protest during the President8217;s speech at Vigyan Bhawan and had put banners against CIC, was denied entry to the Vigyan Bhawan as he was not carrying an invitation to the RTI convention. Magsaysay award winner-activist Sandeep Pandey, who was accompanying Aggarwal, said: 8220;Although he didn8217;t have an invite, he had a letter from CIC as an invitation to the convention. Last Friday, he was allowed entry on the basis of the letter.8221;
