Chandigarh, March 24: Thirty two teachers participated in the 70th four month long PGCTE course which concluded at the Regional Institute of English RIE, here today. At a valedictory function, RIE director Harjit Vasudev said the course improvred teachers8217; proficiency of the teaching competence of the participants.
