CHENNAI, Oct 2: Normal life in Chennai was affected as heavy rains lashed the city today. Rains were caused by low ressire pressure over the West central Bay off South Andhra Coast. More rain has been forecase for parts of Northern Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry and a few places in South Tamil Nadu.
