NEW DELHI: A bill to accord full statehood to Delhi was likely to be introduced in Parliament during the second phase of the budget session beginning July 3, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Madan Lal Khurana said. Khurana said BJP was committed to confer full statehood on Delhi.
