PATIALA, Nov 23: Punjab today gained five points by virtue of their first innings lead against Delhi in the drawn match of the Vijay Merchant under-16 Trophy being played at Dhruve Pandove Cricket Stadium here.Delhi made 158 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their second innings against Punjab. He further infromed that six teams will participate in the meet including President Bodyguard, 61 Cavalery and Anandpur Sahib Tigers.The organisers of the tournament are also hopeful that the meet will be annual feature in the future. The winner and runners-up will be awarded trophies. The last polo tournament in the region was held in 1923.
