NEW DELHI, Jan 24: The Bulari police seized 282 quarters of Royal Gold liquor from a Maruti car (DAQ 3607) on Saturday. The four persons travelling in the car have been arrested by the police. Those arrested have been identified as Surender Singh, Satish, Virender and Dashrath Tyagi.
