CHANDIGARH, Feb 25: Pakistani poets met Indian poets this morning over breakfast at the Punjab Kala Bhawan this morning. Harcharan Singh, chairman of the Punjab Arts Council, spoke about the close ties that existed between the writers and artists of both the countries. But what everyone relished, along with the sumptuous breakfast, were the Punjabi poems recited by Pakistani poet Afzal Sahir.Pakistani delegates were urged to return for forthcoming conferences.
