NEW DELHI, March 30: Additional Sessions Judge ASJ N.K. Gupta, trying the Personal Point case, today directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police DCP, south, to present himself in court tomorrow. The directions came after the prosecution expressed its inability to produce the remaining three witnesses, including Ashwani Saini, the prime witness.
