New Delhi, May 6: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on the petition filed by PepsiCo against Coca-Cola. The case will come up for hearing on May 13.
Pepsi has filed a case against rival soft drinks manufacturer, Coca Cola alleging that Coke had quot;entered into a conspiracyquot; to disrupt Pepsi8217;s operations by luring away its bottlers, fanchisees and employees. Pepsi had sought a permanent injunction and an ex-parte order against Coke, restraining it from taking away Pepsi8217;s employees and business associates.
