On Friday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India8217;s finance committee decided to withhold the monthly welfare scheme of players and umpires who are set to join the Indian Cricket League. Today, top ICL sources told this newspaper that they would pay those who join them separate monthly pensions8212;for the same amounts 8212; apart from three-year retainers.
