Peace talks top priority, says Lanka Prez

Resumption of peace talks with Tamil Tiger rebels is the 8216;8216;top priority8217;8217; of President Chandrika Kumaratunga8217;s new administration, despite claims by a pro-rebel party that the hardline President is neglecting the peace process, her spokesman on Saturday said.
