CHENNAI, July 9: Palm trees would be planted on 5,000 more hectares in the districts of Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and Madurai this year. Apart from this, two factories in the proivate sector to produce palmolein would be set up at Vilar near Thanjavur and Samayapuram in Tiruchi.
