
Barasat (WB), July 31: A local court today remanded three Pakistanis, arrested in Basirhat of North 24 Parganas district earlier, to police custody.
The three, who were planning to cross over to Bangladesh after coming to Calcutta via Delhi were nabbed by police at Basirhat town yesterday, the additional superintendent of police Parveen Kumar said here, the district headquarters.
They were produced at the Basirhat sub-divisional court today and remanded to ten days’ police custody by the judicial magistrate.Police has recovered some documents from the three, Kumar added.
