CHANDIGARH, Jan 14: A central Administrative Tribunal bench today reserved its order on the writ petition challenging the second extension given to Punjab DGP, P.C. Dogra, by the Centre.
Additional Solicitor General of India, C. S. Vaidyanathan justified that the state govt has the power to give only one extension, the second extension was granted by the Centre on state govt8217;s request in public interest.
