CHANDIGARH, Dec 13: A case of cheating and forgery was registered against Sector 15 resident Sham Lal yesterday on a complaint filed by UT Assistant Estate Officer S.M. Sharma.
According to police sources, Sham Lal has been booked under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
