ISLAMABAD, FEBRUARY 8: Pakistan8217;s military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf on Tuesday categorically said that it was quot;not correctquot; to say that the CTBT would be signed prior to the visit of US President Bill Clinton to South Asia and Pakistan was not in a hurry or under pressure to sign it. The CTBT would be signed only after a national consensus on the issue was evolved, Musharraf said.
