NEW DELHI, April 21: Jewellery and cash worth Rs 16,000 was stolen from the house of a National Human Rights Commission NHRC Superintendent of Police Shivaji Singh. The incident took place early this morning at about 10.30. According to the R.K. Puram police station house, Singh and his family were not present in their house when the theft took place.
