After successful completion of the phase I and II campaigns, the National AIDS Control Programme NACP has entered its third phase with a three-pronged strategy, Union Minister of state for Health and Family Welfare, Panabaka Lakshmi said on Monday.
NACP III is envisaged to strengthen links between general health programmes and prevention of HIV/AIDS.
